This hotel is a hidden gem for those wanting to explore the heart of NYC. Its location makes major attractions like Times Square and Bryant Park easily accessible. Rooms are cozy yet clean, although somewhat outdated. It’s a practical choice for city adventurers.

Elevator service left something to be desired!!! Long waits often disrupted my plans. In-room refrigerators should be a standard feature!!! A real miss for convenience. The lobby could use a vibe upgrade!!!

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed my eight-night family stay. Check out the lively onsite restaurant for breakfast—definitely a highlight! However, one elevator being out caused delays during busy mornings. Keep an eye on the room cleanliness for a more comfortable experience. Overall, a pleasant experience but they need to fix some issues.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just steps from Bryant Park and Grand Central. My room was clean and spacious, with a cozy setup that made it perfect for relaxing. The staff, especially Willie in the lobby, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home during my stay.

Some bathrooms had lingering odors and lacked toiletries that you’d expect in a property under a well-known brand. These issues might not be game-changers for everyone, but they could dampen the experience for those seeking convenience.

the courtyards has a fantastic location right near grand central, making it super easy to explore. our room was spacious and very clean, with a bathroom that had plenty of space for our things. frank at the concierge was incredibly friendly and offered great help while we enjoyed nearby breakfast spots. the quick coffee and tea available on level 2 was a nice touch too!

We spent 3 nights in a cozy double room, and the kids loved the outdoor patio area and the fun game room during downtime. The hotel also has a nice rooftop lounge where you can unwind after a busy day. The only hiccup was that the sofa bed wasn’t super comfy, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊
